From Windows10, I can putty to the distro fine. No problem.

putty -ssh -l root -pw root

It opens putty console and a prompt.

But when i try plink:

plink -ssh -l root -pw root

it says:

FATAL ERROR: Network error: Connection refused

Whats going on?

Question from @Martin Prikryl:

Are executing both command form the same machine, the same account, the same console window?

Don't you have a per-application firewall rule for PuTTY?

With -v option (using plink)
